01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "lak33" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the lak33 online gaming platform operated at lak33.org and all associated services, features, and content provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any natural person who has registered an account on lak33 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the individual registered user account created by a Player on the lak33 platform, through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Services" — collectively refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products (including Astar Live), slot games, loyalty programmes (including Money Coming), and any other features or products available through the lak33 platform.
• "PKR" / "Rupees" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all lak33 transactions are denominated and processed.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, or other non-cash value added to a Player's account as part of a lak33 promotion or loyalty programme.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process conducted by lak33 to confirm a Player's eligibility to use the Platform and process financial transactions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds or a deposit amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.

02 Account Registration

To access the Services offered by lak33, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identification, your date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You may only register one (1) Account per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts with forfeiture of balances.
• You must not register an account on behalf of a third party, or permit third parties to use your Account to access lak33 Services.
• lak33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
• Upon registration, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, and to the lak33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

In addition to the age requirement, your eligibility to use lak33 Services is subject to the following:

• You must be accessing lak33 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of lak33, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly approved in writing by lak33.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have any active self-exclusion agreement with lak33 at the time of registration or continued use.
• You confirm that you are not using lak33 Services under duress or as a means of addressing financial hardship, addiction, or any compulsive behaviour, and that your decision to engage with gaming Services is voluntary and informed.

lak33 employs age verification procedures and cooperates with relevant regulatory authorities. Players who provide false information regarding their age may face immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lak33 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on lak33 is PKR 100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account status.
• lak33 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit channels as displayed in the Deposit section of your Account.
• Deposits are credited to your lak33 wallet upon confirmation of receipt by lak33's payment processing systems. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• lak33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the same name as the lak33 Account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed for verified Accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals held pending documentation review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account tier and payment method.
• Withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.
• lak33 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Withdrawals section of the platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• lak33 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests where warranted by transaction patterns or regulatory requirements. Such checks may delay processing but are conducted in compliance with applicable AML regulations.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Terms

lak33 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional terms stated in the individual promotion announcement:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new Players on their first deposit only. The welcome bonus percentage and maximum credit amount are stated in the active promotion at the time of your qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings generated from them become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games and sports betting contributions vary and are stated in individual promotion terms. Games that are excluded from wagering contribution are listed in the relevant promotion details.
• Bonus Validity Period: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements are outstanding, a maximum bet limit per round or per event may apply. Bets placed in excess of this limit may be voided and Bonus Funds forfeited.
• Withdrawal of Deposit Before Completing Wagering: If you choose to withdraw your deposit amount before completing the applicable wagering requirement, lak33 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gameplay on lak33 are governed by the following general rules, alongside the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market as displayed within the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lak33 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except where an error in the odds or game result is identified by lak33's integrity systems.
• lak33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event of a disputed game result or technical malfunction during gameplay, the decision of lak33's technical team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8. lak33's software logs and server records constitute the authoritative record of all gaming activity.
• Bets placed on sports events (including PSL cricket matches) are governed by the specific sports betting rules available in the lak33 Sportsbook section. These rules cover event postponements, abandonments, walkovers, and in-play betting settlement procedures.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game, table, and market are displayed within the respective game or market interface and may be adjusted by lak33 at any time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lak33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access lak33 Services in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or sports event available on lak33.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discovered bug are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using lak33 to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any account restriction, ban, or limit imposed by lak33.
• Providing false or misleading information to lak33 at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the platform or its support team.
• Accessing lak33 Services on behalf of another person using their account credentials, or sharing your lak33 account credentials with any third party.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any interaction with lak33 support staff or other Players via any platform communication channel.

08 Account Suspension, Closure & Disputes

lak33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of the Account holder.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting lak33 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe lak33 has made an error in relation to a bet, game result, payment, or bonus, you should contact lak33 support within 30 days of the event in question. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. lak33 will investigate all complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe. lak33's decision on disputes, having considered all available evidence, is final.

09 Responsible Gaming

lak33 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following tools and policies form the core of lak33's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. lak33 will display alerts as a session approaches the set limit and will automatically log the Player out upon expiry.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Player's Account is locked and no deposits or gameplay are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion through the lak33 Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period for any reason.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate regular pop-up reminders showing session duration and net gaming balance to encourage mindful play.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the lak33 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, brand names, text, trade marks, and the overall visual appearance of the platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of lak33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lak33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any lak33 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any lak33 software.
• Create derivative works based on lak33's proprietary content, branding, or platform design.
• Use lak33 branding or trade marks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without lak33's written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lak33's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform and Services is limited as follows:

• lak33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions (including payment processor outages), and force majeure events may affect platform availability. lak33 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability.
• lak33 is not responsible for failures of third-party payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa) that result in delayed or failed deposits or withdrawals. lak33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
• lak33 accepts no responsibility for any third-party software, internet service providers, or network infrastructure that may affect your ability to access and use the lak33 platform.
• In no event shall lak33's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their lak33 Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lak33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

lak33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at lak33.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using lak33 Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of identity information for KYC purposes, transaction data, gameplay history, device information, and communication records for the purposes of providing Services, complying with regulatory obligations, and improving the platform experience.

lak33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law and as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

lak33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, lak33 will:

• Update the "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this document.
• Provide reasonable advance notice to active Account holders via the Platform notification system or registered contact details where the changes are materially adverse to Players' interests.

Your continued use of the lak33 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to lak33's operating jurisdiction.

lak33 operates under international gaming regulations. Players acknowledge that the legality of online gaming varies by jurisdiction and that it is their personal responsibility to verify that their use of lak33 complies with applicable laws in their own country of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through lak33's internal dispute resolution process (as described in Section 8) shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules and procedures of a recognised arbitration body as designated by lak33.
